Due to the strategic location of Hospital, most of the corporate
sectors, central government health schemes, ex-servicemen contributory health
schemes and state health schemes like Yashaswini for farmers and Arogya Bhagya
Yojana for police are operational. This has created a huge influx of pateints
and hence resource managment becomes a daunting task for the Hospital. To tackle
this, the management has formed groups like insurance cell, patient discharge
cell and admission monitoring committee with common objective of optimising
the resource management.
Adopting New Technologies
64 slice cardiac CT and flat panel cath lab, and Asia's latest image guarded
radiation technique for cancer radiation therapy are some of their latest adopted
technology.

have upgraded and acquired latest equipment in nephrology, oncology, gastroentrology,
cardiology, Department of Radio diagnosis and all the intensive units like Medical
ICU, Surgical ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Neonatology Intensive Care Unit, Renal
ICU, Neuro ICU and Intensive Coronary Care Unit." Even the software managing
the Hospital Information System (HIS) is the latest in the healthcare industry,
which ensures that the patients turnout time is reduced.
Quantum of Investment
Hospital is looking forward for infrastructural development like centralised
air-conditioning, television in each room, lobby and common areas. "We
are in the list to invest in latest medical technology like dialysis machines,
two stainless steel OTs with vertical laminar flow and seamless floor, novel
diagnostic methods like 'capsule endoscopy', and blood component facility,"
says DA Kalpaja, Director. Hospital has invested Rs 25 crore in medical technologies.

The Hospital conducts free medical camps in neighbouring villages at frequent
intervals. "Health Schemes for farmers and State police department covers
