We keep on upgrading ourselves and our processes and systems to ensure that the service which we provide is patient centric," states Dr Hari Prasad.

Improved Productivity and Output

To improve on productivity and output the Hospital has been continuously focussing on increasing day-care surgeries, decreasing ALOS and infection rates. Also, the spotlight is on increasing per bed and per employee revenue and bed turns.
